Refund and Return Policy

We don't accept physical returns due to high shipping costs. Instead, we offer refunds or replacements when we're at fault - like damaged, missing, or incorrect items.

When you can get refunds:

 Delayed orders - over 45 days (US), 60 days (global), or 110 days (Brazil)

 Damaged products - with photo/video proof within 30 days

 Wrong/missing items - with evidence

 Order cancellation - before it ships

Important limits:

• Must request within 90 days of payment

• If tracking shows "delivered," you need a non-delivery certificate from your post office.
